Energo ARCH-CONCEPT Architect Studio is an architectural design workshop operating in the 17th district of Budapest, which undertakes the design of new residential, farm and industrial buildings, office buildings, commercial buildings and existing buildings to be extended.

According to real estate market analysis, the popularity of single-family homes may continue to grow in the coming years. More and more families are deciding to move to the outer districts of the Pest side of the capital, to the agglomeration, to the environment close to nature, to a house with a garden, to a terraced house, to a residential park instead of the downtown apartment. Our work is primarily related to this region, the 17th and neighboring districts, and the surrounding settlements.

In addition to designing residential buildings, our scope of activities also includes the design; construction inspection; responsible construction management; energy certification of industrial and commercial buildings; and architectural and real estate consulting. 

In constant communication with our builders during the design process, our goal is to design homes and other buildings that meet the needs of their residents, economic and environmental sustainability, and fit harmoniously into their environment.
